It has been my good fortune to have you as my property manager since 1993! You are always on top of repairs, late payments from tenants, and have frequent communication with me. You have spotted several situations which could have turned out to be quite costly for me, had you not noticed them, brought them to my attention, and then arranged for them to be taken care of quickly. I appreciate your honesty & willingness to suggest professional ways in which to handle problems that I have experienced with tenants, resulting in resolving those problems. One of those situations was resolved by you writing a special addendum for that tenant. I appreciate that you use outside vendors for bids for some major work that I wanted done, thereby insuring the best possible price.
